Hoa Sen Kim Liên is a software startup founded in November 2025 in Nghệ An, Vietnam. We build Hoa Sen Booking for tour operators, hotels and ticket agents: one flow from the order to the ticket to the invoice.

What Hoa Sen Booking does

  1. Takes the orderOrders arrive with a date, quantities and ticket types, often with a voucher attached as a photo or PDF.
  2. Books the ticketsStaff book through the supplier's agent systems from one screen instead of several.
  3. Manages ticket inventoryTickets bought in advance are tracked by QR code, type and expiry date, and picked for each order.
  4. Delivers the ticketsE-tickets with QR codes go to the customer over Zalo, the messaging app most Vietnamese customers use.
  5. Prepares the invoiceOrder data is matched and exported for VAT invoicing.

Every booking, ticket and inventory change is logged, so staff can trace any order from start to finish. The product runs in the browser, on tablets, and as a desktop app.

How we use Claude

  • Building the product

    Most of our code is written with Claude Code, from design specs to implementation and tests.

  • The AI layer

    We build the AI layer on Claude: document extraction for vouchers and invoices, a reply assistant that drafts customer answers for staff to approve, and invoice reconciliation.

  • People make the call

    AI handles the repetitive reading and drafting. Staff approve anything that reaches a customer or an invoice.

Where we started

We began as a ticket agent for VinWonders Cửa Hội, a theme park in Nghệ An. We wrote Hoa Sen Booking because our own counter needed it, and the counter is still where every feature is tried with real customers first. Software is now the main direction of the company.
